Closed-Loop Park is funded by solid waste user fees and a grant from the Washington State Department of Ecology. Thurston County Solid Waste Division has partnered with WSU Cooperative Extension - Master Gardener and Master Composter volunteers to assist in developing and maintaining the site. In addition, local businesses and community groups have donated time and construction or landscape materials. Closed Loop Park has been made possible through partnerships with the following individuals and organizations: Closed-Loop Park would not have started without the generous donations from the following organizations: Sawdust Supply, Seattle, WA -- 30 yards soil The following recent donors have allowed Closed Loop Park to continue to grow and flourish:
